Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Konchar prides herself on a value statement she lives and works by every single day:

“If I see success, I always try to help those around me do the same.”

Before joining Pinnacle in November 2022, Steph brought a prodigious background in sales and account management — a seven-year venture that saw her pursue a multitude of achievements through a blend of creativity, organization and process improvement. During this period, Steph says her proudest accomplishment was the creation of a parental leave for a company of 1,000-plus employees, benefiting mothers, fathers and adopting parents.

She segued those experiences into a recent career transition to talent acquisition. Her favorite part about being a recruiter? Making a difference in people’s lives, helping them up-level themselves and their career and — most of all — provide for their families. Steph attended both Clarion University and Weber State University, completing her bachelor’s degree in graphic design. In her spare time, Steph loves immersing herself in anything creative, from painting, baking, making pottery and cooking, to hiking, kayaking and reading.
