Prior to joining Pinnacle, Alec led BGC Search and began his recruiting career with a Global Fortune 500 staffing firm.

His public accounting foundation, combined with hands-on experience in the recruiting world, allows him to understand his clients' needs precisely and provide immediate solutions and recommendations.
