Meet Shannon

Shannon graduated from Allegheny College in 2013 with a degree in Pre-Veterinarian studies. While working on her post-graduate degree, she realized that veterinary sciences weren’t for her, but was still able to utilize her extensive medical knowledge while spending the next 5 years working as a recruiter in the healthcare industry. Working closely with candidates in career transition, Shannon discovered her passion for helping others find their path.

Shannon is excited to broaden her recruiting horizons with Pinnacle. She believes that everyone deserves a career that offers a sense of purpose and fulfillment, and plans to help build Pinnacle’s contract division by establishing relationships with clients and candidates founded on compassion and transparency.

A Pittsburgh-area native, Shannon’s initial adventure into vet school stemmed from her love of animals. When she’s not at the office, Shannon enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as at the local stables riding horseback.
