Billy began his career fresh out of college with a degree in Human Resources, starting at a small staffing firm in his hometown. It didn’t take long for him to discover his passion for connecting with business leaders and solving workforce challenges. Over the years, he has worked at small and mid-sized privately owned firms as well as one of the largest staffing companies in the world. No matter the size of the organization, his approach remains the same: enjoy the work, build relationships based on trust, and deliver top-quality solutions.

With extensive experience in workforce strategy, Billy understands how businesses operate and the unique challenges they face. He has helped companies navigate growth, handle mergers and acquisitions, and manage turnaround initiatives. His expertise lies in building strong, high-performing teams that drive long-term success.

Outside of work, Billy enjoys a full and active life with his wife, Carly, and their two children, Leonardo and Cecilia. A lifelong music lover, he shares his passion for rock and roll with his family, often playing the drums and guitar during jam sessions at home. Their miniature Goldendoodle, who somehow requires more attention than the kids, keeps things interesting.
