Pinnacle Announces the Promotion of Kelly Price and Mary Halerz and Departure of Friend and Colleague
Since Pinnacle Consulting & Recruiting’s inception in 2011, our team has committed themselves to one primary objective: to be your go-to resource for accounting and finance executive search services in the greater Pittsburgh area. How do we do that? We strive to provide premier talent acquisition or job search support to every professional we work alongside. This is a task that requires the unified effort of all our team members working as one cohesive, familiar unit to provide the best experience possible for our clients and candidates. This month we have exciting news to share with our network regarding the recent internal advancement of several employees and the news also of the departure of a longstanding friend, colleague, and leader from the Pinnacle family.
Promotions
First, we are extremely enthusiastic to announce the promotions of Kelly Price and Mary Halerz. These women play a huge part in helping Pinnacle continue to succeed in all areas and we look forward to seeing them in their new roles.
Kelly Price – Promoted to Director of Client Services. Kelly joined Pinnacle’s team in February of 2016 as a Senior Associate bringing with her a wealth of expertise in the executive search and recruitment field. For the past two years, Kelly has focused her efforts on working with both job seekers and employers throughout the search process. Her hard work and dedication make her the perfect fit for her new role. Kelly will now begin transitioning her efforts to servicing the accounting and finance talent acquisition needs of Pittsburgh-based employers.
Mary Halerz – Promoted to Director of Operations. Mary joined Pinnacle’s team in April of 2014 as Pinnacle’s first Office Manager. Mary managed a variety of responsibilities to ensure the ongoing success of Pinnacle’s recruiting teams. In her new role, Mary will be responsible for overseeing all internal operations, reporting, and recruitment support activities.
Departures
In addition to the three promotions in September, the Pinnacle family also bid farewell to Managing Director, Ryan Giblock. Since joining the company alongside Colin Powell in 2011, Ryan served as a key component to Pinnacle’s growth and success over the past seven years. As Ryan moves on to explore this next step in his career, we would like to thank him for all that he has done and wish him the best of luck with his future endeavors!
