I am thrilled to share my journey with you as the leader of Pinnacle’s CFO Search Group. My story with Pinnacle began 8 years ago with a serendipitous introduction, and from the start, I knew there was something special about this organization. 

What drew me to Pinnacle, and what continues to inspire me every day, is our unwavering commitment to excellence and our people-first approach. This environment allows me to be my authentic self and to work passionately towards our shared goals.

Supported by an amazing team and organization at Pinnacle, I am able to deliver results with a sense of urgency, ensuring that both our clients and candidates are set up for long-term success and fulfillment.

 As the leader of the CFO Search Group, my mission extends far beyond just finding a CFO job or a candidate. It’s about creating meaningful connections and ensuring that both our clients and candidates are set up for long-term success and fulfillment. 

My approach is rooted in building strong relationships, understanding the unique needs of each individual, and delivering results with a sense of urgency.
