Sean Pratscher

Sean started in professional services sales, where he worked his way up to VP of Sales and helped open a new office. From there, he and a partner built a company from the ground up, growing it to $3 million in revenue before selling it. That experience opened the door to the staffing and consulting space, where he focused on helping firms manage seasonal spikes and large projects by connecting them with highly skilled consultants. Through each step, the common thread has been finding opportunities and building trust.

At Pinnacle, Sean is focused on serving clients in the audit and advisory space. He leverages his background in sales, marketing, and human psychology to understand challenges at a deeper level and connect organizations with the right solutions. With experience launching new divisions, creating playbooks from scratch, and rolling up his sleeves on the operational side, Sean combines creativity and analysis to deliver consulting solutions that make a lasting impact.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hiking the rainforest, scuba diving, road trips, exploring the Caribbean, and spending time cooking or enjoying music and the arts. Above all, he considers his greatest accomplishment being a dad to Peregrine and Wolf.
