Meet Makayla Kuenzi

Makayla Kuenzi joins the Pinnacle Consulting & Recruitment team serving as Manager of Recruitment and Client Services for our IT division. Makayla is a highly accomplished recruiting professional with a background in Business Administration.

Having earned her Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University, she began her career as a full-cycle recruiter specializing in Industrial, Healthcare, and Office Administration with Manpower before transitioning into the role of Talent Advising Partner at Smarsh. There, she collaborated with hiring managers to identify and acquire top-tier talent in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Director-level positions for a leading SaaS company.

Makayla went on to assume the role of Senior Digital Recruiter at Tundra Technical Solutions, where she successfully filled requisitions across a spectrum of industries, including Oil and Gas Field workers, Engineers, Project Planners, Technology Professionals, Sales, Tech & SaaS roles, Director-level positions, and Insurance SaaS sales roles.

Makayla also has entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded Golden Gals Home Services, where she served as Co-Owner and Full Cycle Account Manager. Her leadership in this successful venture highlights her versatility and adaptability.
