Jon Calder

Jon's foundation is rooted in accounting. He spent three years in public accounting with a regional CPA firm, focusing on individual and business tax. He transitioned out of public accounting and has since accumulated 15 years of staffing experience. Much of his time in staffing has been helping businesses identify interim senior accounting and finance talent. He has worked in three main markets: Milwaukee, WI; London, UK; and Portland, OR.

In these roles, he has worked in all aspects including business development and client delivery. He was a member of a leadership team that was tasked with integrating a traditional staffing model with a consulting model. He has also managed all aspects of a 30+ member loan staff team comprised of Senior Accountants.

Outside of work, Jon's family keeps him busy. His two young daughters are involved in all sorts of activities, including ballet, gymnastics, and tap dance. Outside of that, his passion is golf as the personal challenge, camaraderie, and fun are what drive him round after round. He is also an avid Green Bay Packers and Formula 1 fan.
