Brandon Fagan

Brandon Fagan is an experienced IT staff recruiter who brings a multitude of unique, diverse skills and knowledge to his role at Pinnacle. Brandon is a Pennsylvania native and graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing while minoring in integrated communications.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Brandon spent three years recruiting for clients in a variety of industries. For instance, Brandon recruited for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard while working with candidates and clients across sectors including banking, life science and IT. One of Brandon’s favorite aspects of being a recruiter is the opportunity to make a genuine positive impact on people’s lives. With a firm belief in building meaningful relationships with candidates, Brandon’s background, coupled with an extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate experience and sourcing, allows him to excel in finding the right talent for Pinnacle’s IT positions.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Oakley and Brewer, and exploring new destinations with his fiancée, Karly. Whether on a hiking adventure or traveling to a new city, Brandon embraces the opportunity to create lasting memories and broaden his horizons.
