Ashley Beckner

With nearly 14 years of recruiting experience, including 5 years in the accounting and finance space, Ashley has built a career marked by a deep passion for impacting people's lives. Starting in 2010 as a recruiter for a university, she quickly discovered a love for helping others, which led her to transition into executive recruiting for 3 years. Her career path then took her to Robert Half, where she had the opportunity to manage a team of accountants for 5 years. Now at Pinnacle, Ashley sees the role as the perfect opportunity to combine her extensive experience with her belief that accounting and finance are at the heart of Pittsburgh's unique and diverse landscape.

Outside of work, Ashley has an active lifestyle. She is an avid traveler, having visited Paris, Belize, and Utah this year alone. Her passion for fitness as she loves going to solidcore and boxing classes, as well as hiking. Additionally, she takes great pride in being one of the best aunties.
