Senior Software Engineer

• Propose and implement innovative features to improve user experience and platform performance

• Refactor and optimize existing codebases for improved efficiency, scalability, and reliability

• Ensure feature stability and reliability through comprehensive automated testing

• Lead and drive impactful engineering initiatives that align with business objectives

• Influence architectural decisions and contribute to the evolution of internal engineering standards

• Actively engage in technical discussions where your input will be valued and impactful

• Work on mission-critical systems with high performance and real-time processing requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience), with at least 5 years of experience building enterprise-level applications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding experience in languages such as Go, PHP, or Java

• Proficient with version control systems and collaboration workflows in large Git repositories

• Solid experience with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, Aerospike)

• Proven success operating and maintaining high-scale applications in cloud environments like AWS or Azure

• Comfortable learning and integrating emerging technologies into complex systems

• A problem-solving mindset with a strong foundation in technical design and innovation

• Experience mentoring and guiding fellow engineers to support team growth

• Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
