• Develop and prepare financial statements across various product lines and divisions.
• Analyze ERP data practices to enhance data compilation and reporting.
• Collaborate with production teams to generate insightful reports.
• Review and recommend improvements for the chart of accounts.
• Analyze financial data to create models for forecasting and trend analysis.
• Establish and maintain a KPI tracking system for management and sales teams.
• Support the implementation of a new ERP system and assist with project-related financial activities.

• Approximately 10 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, with a focus on cultural fit.
• Degree in Accounting or a related field with a concentration in Accounting.
