Job Summary

Under the direction of the Finance Director, the Sr. FP&A Analyst provides financial analysis and support to leadership, enabling informed decision-making. Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, and analyzing global revenue and SG&A expenditures, as well as ownership of sales and metric reporting processes.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis for commercial sales, operations/production, and leadership teams.
  • Lead forecasting and reporting processes for global sales and SG&A spend.
  • Manage commission processes for sales representatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop financial analysis and reports, including sales trends, gross margin, spending, cost centers, headcount, product line P&L, and balance sheet analysis.
  • Administer and improve FP&A policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity.
  • Prepare daily reporting on orders, shipments, and backlog for multiple product lines.
  • Participate in month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, ideally with exposure to international manufacturing and distribution operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Hands-on data modeling skills combined with sound business judgment.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
