Plant Controller

Job Title: Plant Controller
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Work Arrangement: On-Site

• Record financial transactions, prepare balance sheets, and process invoices.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Produce financial forecasts and assist in budget preparation.
• Analyze and report variances between standard and actual production costs.
• Maintain internal controls related to inventory and lead cycle counts.
• Act as a strategic partner to Plant Managers and executive management.
• Conduct financial planning, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis.
• Identify and implement financial process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, manufacturing, or plant finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication abilities and attention to detail.
