Job Responsibilities

  • Lead all internal payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing and compliance across departments.

  • Administer payroll and benefits platforms, including configuration, system maintenance, and user accessibility.

  • Collect, analyze, and report data on compensation, staffing patterns, and workforce trends.

  • Serve as the systems lead for HR-related platforms, maintaining data integrity and handling updates and issue resolution.

  • Provide direct support to both local and remote teams for payroll and benefits administration.

  • Manage benefits enrollment processes, liaise with external vendors, and maintain necessary documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

  • Partner with internal teams to enhance payroll efficiency and streamline interdepartmental processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.

  • At least 7 years of experience in payroll operations and/or employee benefits systems.

  • Proven experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple departments.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll or HR software platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a compliance-oriented approach
