Job Responsibilities

Lead all internal payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing and compliance across departments.

Administer payroll and benefits platforms, including configuration, system maintenance, and user accessibility.

Collect, analyze, and report data on compensation, staffing patterns, and workforce trends.

Serve as the systems lead for HR-related platforms, maintaining data integrity and handling updates and issue resolution.

Provide direct support to both local and remote teams for payroll and benefits administration.

Manage benefits enrollment processes, liaise with external vendors, and maintain necessary documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Partner with internal teams to enhance payroll efficiency and streamline interdepartmental processes.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.

At least 7 years of experience in payroll operations and/or employee benefits systems.

Proven experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple departments.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll or HR software platforms.

Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a compliance-oriented approach
