Responsibilities:

Evaluate internal controls of business processes and make appropriate recommendations
Develop expertise in company requirements to lead audit teams and discuss key audit issues with management effectively.
Efficiently complete audit planning, testing, and reporting within established deadlines using data analysis tools with great attention to detail.
Assist with SOX-related audit testing and physical inventory observations.
Travel to various company locations, mainly manufacturing facilities, throughout the year
Participate in cross-functional teams, including Data Analytics or Risk Assessment.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4+ years experience in internal auditing, public accounting, or compliance.
Preferred professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.)
Experience with financial tools and software
Experience leading audit teams or projects as well as knowledge of various business functions.
