Job Responsibilities

• Conduct operational audits across departments to assess efficiency, risk management, and compliance with internal policies

• Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements to enhance effectiveness and reduce risk

• Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with business units to support remediation efforts and strengthen internal governance

• Assist in the development and execution of the annual audit plan

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on internal audit procedures

• Support special projects, investigations, and advisory engagements as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or public accounting

• Strong knowledge of operational audit methodologies and internal control frameworks

• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with audit management software preferred
