What You’ll Do
- Establish and grow the company’s presence within the Automotive or QSR verticals by identifying high-impact opportunities and securing strategic partnerships to drive long-term growth.
- Lead business development efforts by prospecting, nurturing, and closing key partnerships that showcase the organization’s value and reinforce its market leadership.
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with evolving industry demands, using competitive intelligence, customer insights, and trend analysis to refine positioning.
- Define core audience segments and shape solution offerings that best meet their needs, accelerating adoption and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry decision-makers, securing executive alignment and broadening the company’s reach within the vertical.
- Represent the organization at major conferences, events, and forums—building credibility, promoting thought leadership, and identifying new opportunities.
- Identify and foster strategic alliances and distribution channels that accelerate market expansion and enable scalable growth.
- Manage client relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction, support growth, and guide the long-term vision for the company's role in the customer’s success.
- Continuously gather market feedback to refine product strategy, close solution gaps, and collaborate across teams to align with customer and industry needs.
- Provide executive-level reporting and strategic guidance to align internal stakeholders and deepen long-term partnerships.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or media within the Automotive or QSR sectors, with a proven track record of driving strategic growth.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel digital marketing (e.g., programmatic, search, social, and content) with a focus on delivering measurable results across the full customer journey.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to drive performance optimization and strategic insights.
- Strong capabilities in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and ROI modeling using tools like Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with CRM platforms to support client engagement, retention, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Expertise in measurement methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and attribution analysis to inform decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Proven success managing $20–30M+ in annual revenue and leading cross-functional project teams of 100+ across multiple accounts or initiatives.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities, focused on trust, value creation, and long-term customer success.
- Proficiency in enterprise project management platforms to maintain operational efficiency and project visibility.
- A mindset of curiosity and adaptability, staying current with emerging trends in media and technology to consistently deliver client value.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration and empathy, focused on empowering teams, cultivating talent, and inspiring high performance.
