• Deliver accurate reporting and analysis of financial results, forecasts, and budgets

• Build forecasting models by business unit, client, or product to support decision-making

• Compare actuals against budgets and forecasts, providing variance insights

• Create executive-level presentations summarizing financial performance and initiatives

• Design dashboards and tools to track operational metrics and support business planning

• Conduct ad hoc reporting and industry analysis to identify growth or efficiency opportunities

• Support ongoing financial close and strategic initiatives across multiple departments

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 1–3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and large data sets

• Familiarity with general ledger systems (e.g., Oracle) and reporting tools

• Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is a plus
