Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Offer essential support for strategic business choices and financial analysis to the Controller.
• Assist in account assessment, monthly reconciliations, and oversight of the general ledger.
• Evaluate sales, margin, and overall profitability across various channels, presenting findings for decision-making.
• Audit and maintain inventory stock ledger and average cost calculations.
• Review and balance Accounts Receivable.
• Calculate and harmonize royalties and residuals.
• Propose process enhancements to streamline and simplify accounting procedures.
• Collaborate closely with external finance and accounting partners.
• Attend and engage in relevant department meetings, occasionally requiring travel.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3+ years of experience
• Proactive with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision
• Experience in NetSuite, preferred
• Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Excel to work with and present on large amounts of data
