Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Accounting & Compliance: Provide expert accounting guidance on complex financial transactions, derivatives, and SEC reporting.
• Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate deal structures, financial impacts, and reporting considerations in collaboration with corporate teams.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee monthly and quarterly financial results, SEC filings, and audit committee communications.
• Leadership & Team Management: Manage and develop a team of CPAs responsible for technical accounting, derivatives, and financial analysis.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and other teams to drive financial strategy and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• 12+ years of accounting experience, including 4+ years in public accounting or external reporting at a public company.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and ASC 815 (derivatives and hedging).
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle ERP preferred.
