Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance, support, and enhancements of HFM systems for the Americas, maintaining relationships with external support and Group entities.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports for Americas and Group, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and metrics for Americas BUs and Plants.
  • Oversee Americas SG&A finances, analyzing expenses and headcount; Provide financial analysis and support to functional leaders, focusing on IT, HR, and Commercial; Serve as financial liaison to IT for expenses and capital projects.
  • Analyze AAB BU monthly financials and key performance indicators, explaining variances; Create financial performance package for Group, Americas, and AAB Senior Management.
  • Lead AAB BU month-end closing support and forecasting, budgeting, and 5-year planning.
  • Act as Americas Finance Liaison for the Power BI project.
  • Manage Corporate Financial obligations for AAB BU, ensuring compliant and well-disclosed financial reports; Co-lead process and control enhancements within finance for AAB BU; Manage key performance indicators and handle ad-hoc projects as directed by the Director of FP&A for AGAB.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field & 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with ERP, Microsoft, and Consolidation systems required
  • Prior experience with SAP, HFM, and SOX Compliance requirements
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of management to address & solve problems within the organization
