Job Responsibilities

Direct how money flows in, out, and through the business, including purchases, revenue, and materials kept on hand
Summarize the company's financial situation on a regular basis, using language that’s easy for non-finance leaders to understand
Draft and adjust financial plans by comparing estimated goals to actual figures over time
Keep current with financial policies and ensure the organization follows necessary guidelines
Manage communications and coordination with outside reviewers who examine the company's financial practices
Put practices in place that lower risk, catch issues early, and guard financial data
Lead a hands-on team by offering support, setting clear expectations, and encouraging steady improvement

Job Requirements

Completed university degree in a financial discipline, along with a current accounting credential
8 or more years in financial roles, with recent experience managing people or processes
Able to interpret numbers and trends to help leaders shape future decisions
Proficient in financial tools and comfortable using spreadsheets to track data
Helpful if you've worked in manufacturing settings or supported operations across countries
