Seeking a hands-on analyst to enhance financial controls and assist with regulatory financial reporting. The role involves evaluating internal controls, providing technical accounting guidance, and supporting SEC reporting requirements.

• Assist in assessing and ensuring the effectiveness of SOX controls for executive certification.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to oversee SOX assessments and strengthen internal controls.
• Work with global business units to document and improve internal control processes.
• Serve as a key contact for both internal and external auditors, coordinating audit requirements and data.
• Analyze global monthly reports and financial statement variances.
• Support the preparation of SEC filings and investor relations materials.
• Conduct technical research on accounting standards and participate in special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• At least 2 years of accounting/auditing experience, with preference for public accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX regulations.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with tools like Workiva, SAP, and Planful is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
