Since joining Pinnacle Consulting & Recruitment, I’ve been truly inspired by the people and purpose here. What drew me to Pinnacle was its deep commitment to genuine connection and its vision for lasting impact — not just in our business, but in the lives we touch along the way.

 

As a Recruitment & Client Services Manager, I believe that relationships are the bedrock of everything we do. My faith guides me to invest deeply in those relationships, aiming to build connections that stand the test of time. For me, recruiting isn’t just about filling roles; it’s about helping people find positions where they can thrive, grow, and feel fulfilled. By understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates, I am committed to creating partnerships that bring long-term value.
